Steve Pinizzotto Has His “Don’t Poke The Bear” Moment In Rochester

Steve Pinizzotto has widely been known for his high penalty minutes, with a subtle knack for ocassionally good offensive upside. On Sunday night in Rochester, we saw one half of that equation. Below you will see two videos, one is an elbow thrown in the early moments of period two, when the Barons had a two goal lead, by Nick Tuzzolino. It was awarded a penalty, the Barons attempted to capitilze on the power play, but in the end would be sluggish to make anything happen. Nearly thirteen minutes later, Steve Pinizzotto seemingly remembered that elbow and took it upon himself to replay Tuzzolino. The reckoning is visible in the second video.
