-Iowa takes their second straight loss, giving up another game in hand to teams close behind in the standings. Jonathan Blum scored the lone goal for the Wild, his seventh of the season. John Curry stopped 33 shots in the loss as he falls to 7-5-2 on the season.

-Texas takes sole possession of first place in the Western Conference with the win, their third in a row. Both goals came on the power play as Mike Hedden scored his 20th of the season, and Curtis McKenzie netted his 19th. Cristopher Nilstorp improves to 20-12-3 with the win.
-Lake Erie drops to 4-5-0-1 in their last ten as they sit at the bottom of the standings in the Western Conference. Garrett Meurs scored the only goal for Lake Erie, his third of the month and sixth of the season. Calvin Pickard made 21 saves as he falls to 12-14-3.

-David LeNeveu started the game in net for Hartford, but was pulled after giving up three goals in the first period. Dov Grumet-Morris stepped in and turned away 16 shots to earn the win and improve to 9-11-5 this season.
-Three goals in a 9:11 span of the first period wasn’t enough as the Pirates gave up the 3-0 lead in the next forty minutes. 24 saves for Louis Domingue in the loss as he falls to 1-6-0 in the month of February, 7-9-2 on the season.

-Spencer Machacek scored the final two goals for the Penguins and the eventual game-winner as WBS scored four times in the third period to break their six-game winless streak. Eric Hartzell was pulled after giving up the fourth goal to Hershey, and Jeff Deslauriers finished things off to earn the win and improving to 18-14-3 on the season.
-Hershey takes their third straight loss and falls to 9th in the Eastern Conference by way of points percentage. The Bears scored the last goal of the game, but couldn’t convert on a power play they earned four seconds after. Dane Byers earned his ninth and tenth goals of the season as David Leggio takes the loss. Leggio falls to 15-14-2 on the season.
